1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please navigate to the 'Products' page, choose your product, then add to cart. Follow the check out instructions from there.

2. WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?
Currently, we accept Paypal and all card payments

3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS? 
Due to delays caused by the Holidays, we estimate 1 within UK and 3 weeks outside of UK. 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all additional charges incurred through customs and tax. If you have not received your order after one WORKING month, please contact us

4. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
If you have a problem with your item, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your product and we will work hard to make sure that you're satisfied with the outcome.

5. I'VE GIVEN YOU THE WRONG ADDRESS
Please contact us within 5 working days of placing your order to amend your address. Items sent to incorrect addresses will not be refunded or sent again for free  so please check your details carefully.

6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If you cancel it after shipping you will not be refunded until the book is returned undamaged.
